How Sculodia Limited collects, uses and protects your information.

This website is operated by Sculodia Limited, a real estate and property solutions company in Nigeria. For any privacy question or request, email info@sculodia.com.
We collect the information you choose to send us through our website forms — for example your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the property or service you are interested in, and any message you write. Career and Sculodia Growth Partner (SGP) applications may also include details about your experience.
Sending an enquiry, inspection request, application or other form does not add you to our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Form submissions are stored securely in our website system and copied to a private, access-restricted Google Sheets workspace used only by authorised Sculodia staff to follow up enquiries. Notification emails are sent to our business inbox.
If you join Sculodia Insider and tick the consent box, your name, email address and country are sent to MailerLite, the email service we use to send the newsletter, and a record is kept in our private Google Sheets workspace. MailerLite then emails you a confirmation link: you will only receive Sculodia Insider emails after you click it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing info@sculodia.com. If you unsubscribe, we will not add you again unless you sign up again yourself.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Essential cookies keep the website working and secure. With your permission only, we may in future use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram) to understand how the website is used and to show relevant Sculodia adverts. These are not loaded unless you choose Accept all, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of each page whenever they are in use.
Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you Sculodia Insider emails, by emailing info@sculodia.com. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other laws that apply to us.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
